In Bitcointalk normal charges is bitstamp+5%. another thing you are taking big risk by taking payment through paypal. Here so many scammer who try to scam through Paypal so becareful.

Dont you think +15% and +20% is very high. and even you did not mention which payment option you will take.

If you wish to purchase Bitcoin, I have previous experience selling on other sites and charge
10% on any deal lower than 20 Dollars and 5% on anything more, will trade as long as you
are trustworthy and I have the the Bitcoin available. Paypal will be the preferred payment option.
