NEVER use PayPal as a payment option on Ebay especially when you are dealing with digital goods that does not have any receipt attached. People sell only physical goods via PayPal as they have got a proof that their transaction is complete and the chargeback can be avoided.

Why did you use PayPal?

It is sad that people have to resort to PayPal to get their hands on Bitcoin.  Sad Sad

Insurance will just make people rich from something that could have been solved by technology :
1.   More Bitcoin Vending machines or Bitcoin ATM’s
2.   More reliable people willing to trade on Local Bitcoins
3.   Decentralized exchanges

Over time these things will come and we would not have these kind of problems.

Local bitcoins is the way to go. I have not had a bad experience buying or selling that way. The markup is usually higher but I would rather pay a fellow bitcoin user than some faceless exchange.

A Great Time to Start Something!
To answer your question, you can't sell BitCoin in return for PayPal cash with zero chargeback risk. Impossible. Any "insurance" related scheme would be quickly disintegrated.

Also, Paypal has no incentive to help people securely deal with Bitcoins.
Paypal is no longer needed in the modern world.  Smiley

Horrible advice to suggest that people bet or gamble as a method of hedging loss because of fraud. People should eliminate fraud by not selling bitcoin with anonymous buyers who use reversible transactions like paypal.

You should only sell Bitcoins for fiat to friends and family, through localbitcoins with cash that can be verified, or on very well regulated exchanges.

I recently got a chargeback from Paypal from someone I sold Bitcoins to, I was really upset about this, but being a newbie to selling Bitcoin on Ebay I wrote if off as a rookie mistake and decided to do more research on how to protect myself against it happening again. That's when I ran into the website below and I had an idea. Why not provide charge back insurance to others selling Bitcoin and using Paypal as the primary source of funds. Anyways I wanted to post this though up for discussion on the site because I believe I can get the best feedback, advice, comments, or thoughts on this subject. Thank you for your response in advanced.
