Maybe best way for you is to use BTC e or some other exchange.
No one gonna trade with you without escrow.
So far everything is very fishy here..This is typical for scammers. Wink

Lots of anger you have got now this will only harm you. Better discuss with whom have given you the -ve trust to remove it if you haven't done any harm to him or haven't cheated any money of him.
EDIT: I can see you have got it because you haven't agreed to use escrow. Escrow is must for trading betwen newbie like you.
