Way you want to sell your bitcoin with cheaper rate, if want sell bitcoin for cheaper rate you can go to localbitcoin you will get more people as you mentioned in your post, here on one will trust new account like you.

Yes, Its very difficult to transfer money to other countries. I should probably start a small scale business by selling BTC and accepting INR 
I do not understand what makes OP that after wire transfer fee will be less.

OP obviously clueless about Indian FEMA laws pertaining to sending money overseas.
Well that is not possible . You are posting in Indian thread so ideally you should be accepting the deposit in INR or ask some of your friend based in India to accept INR deposit and you provide btc. This will help you and also you are a newbie so hardly anyone would feel comfortable unless you go first.
and how do you expect an Indian to wire eur to your irish bank account in case someone chooses to trust you?
