I use the rate of blockchain.info wallet plus 16%. Minimum order 50$
Buyer will pay fees for transaction and i will cover escrow fee if want to use escrow.
I will only use escrow from people with very high trust rate.
Can also accept Skrill with following rules:

Selfie with ID
Screenshot of verified account (must be same name as your ID)
Accept payment only in EURO
