the account has no big value only the registration date could be interesting for someone but anyway it's not visible, the rank is more important.

Theres no really something special for those account since its still newbie and no potential activities and i dont really find any interesting things why would people buy that account, and your asking to much for a newbie account, although its registered on 2014 but still people cannot used it for good thats why provably theirs no people gonna buy this account you are selling here.

Im pretty sure you dont know the rules around account sales, that is you must always protect the account you are selling, as the market of sell and buy isnt something all people agree. The year wont mean nothing as people will be able to check the profile and see that the post started at 2016, soo consider the year maybe a waste for the most, good luck selling this account.

Yea, providing a link to the account's profile drastically reduces it's price because everyone will now know that it was bought and not legitimate.
