Yes, what book said. Skrill is revertable it's just not as common as paypal reverts

Just so you know skrill can be reversed it just takes more effort for the sender. I once had over $100 locked (I assume the sender was responsible, it happened minutes after receiving) and when I tried to close my account and have the money deposited out to my bank, the first time they declined closing my account and the second time they closed it and sent the money to the sender instead of my bank account.

Why the big difference between BT and Skrill?Have more use for Skrill/Pokerstars and Fulltilt funds than cash in the bank so for convinience I do not charge as much
