rates are BTC > + 15% Paypal
rules:
Paypal money must be sent from ''paypal balance''
paypal must be verified and yours
funds will be sent as '' service or goods '' and i want you to pay the fees also
Not selling more than 20$ for a member at our first trade
i might ask for a photo of your id if you are not trusted enought
i will be going first to trusted
