Please post a signed message from the address holding the bitcoin.

My first impression is your another newbie scammer want to be using the old "you send first because you are protected with paypal" crap.

You seem to be online but have lost the ability to use a keyboard it seems?

Or more likely you have no bitcoin so cannot sign a message from the address holding it.

Are you ok with escrow and how much, what rate?
Will not use Escrow and expects you to send first.
Escrow doesn't help you, when the other party is using a payment option that is reversible up to 180 days without any problems (and even up to 365 days in some cases).
Just stay away from this and exchange with established users when it comes to PayPal.
Have a good read regarding this topic over here.

Stopped responding after insisting on Escrow.

100% not legit and a scammer!
