no pp with btc-e bitcoin-otc im done with that place to many scammers.
You can sell btc for pp on btc-e.
#bitcoin-otc - they have a trust system.
If you're trolling, maybe trying to scam, it's not worth it.

I don't recommend doing that. Once you sent the BTC he can dispute the payment and take it back.
