it is against ebay Tos to sell it virtually

you can sell it Physically( paper wallet) with signed delivery  it has to be posted to customer address

the above listing will be taking down soon enough because it violates ebay Tos

Plus he is taking payment directly to papal this will end really bad No seller protection because he cannot provide a tracking number when his pp will
hit with dispute and eventually he will lose,

So no point of selling on ebay

I have seen a lot of people selling btc on ebay and they have been doing it for a while now without any issues, you just have to know how to protect yourself, some of the guys there are selling them with debit cards delivered directly to your address and some send you a code in the mail and some use a contract to sell the btc.

There are a lot of ways to protect yourself, don't just start selling without thinking things through.

You are calling for troubles.

1. you will lose your BTC
2. you will lose your PP account
3. you will get charge-backed and eBay will not protect your ass.
As I see you sell btc in localbitcoin I think its's the same as eBay did you  lost your PayPal account by selling bitcoin?

No, selling on LBC allows me to filter and verify every customer, I have more power selling on P2P website than marketplaces like eBAY.

Localbitcoins is made to exchange btc
eBay prohibits bitcoin

It is a fair starting price.  Are you supposed to do this sort of thing on Ebay?  I thought they severely frowned upon selling crypto for PayPal.

Also, is this in the right section?
I've seen people on eBay selling bitcoin I do not think they do it if it's Against ebay norms But I'll investigate and see if it's legal or not thanks for the warning
Well, I've seen a whole bunch of crypto for sale on Ebay, so I think they allow it to some extent.  Your starting bid is fair.  I didn't notice if you have a reserve or not.  I think probably doing it as a BIN would make more sense, but there are tons of people who like auctions.

Actually in past many Bitcoin seller sell their Bitcoin for gift card and and another products but some of them deals were wrost because the gift card was carded ( not purchased ) So some site of online shopping banned Bitcoin deals .
So I think you did the best but I think there should new site for such things like we already have purse.io

Well I assume there is a reserve price and the user is selling at much above market price.
@OP, I know you are trying to bump up your feedback on ebay but let me know if you want to sell BTC for paypal here.
I have created a post here in bitcointalk trying to sell my few $$ btc  I have and I have only received bad words from some users so I prefer to do it on ebay at the moment  when I have a decent amount  I will sell here at bitcointalk

Also mix try to buy the btc with their paypal charging a comsion of 19% for my bitcoin and that is not fair because the normal would be in reverse that he would pay me 19% for my bitcoin But the rarest thing is gt_addict (http://prntscr.com/dkrc4h) that seems to force me to sell to mix and I do not understand why
