Of course its a scam ... you had all alarming signs already .. why you send Skrill first to someone with zero history whatsoever? Anyway, contact Skrill and try to explain else goodbye money
Other way round, how many here did any deals with OP? I guess none cause nobody sends first Skrill to a guy like that.
