You definitely need to give a vouch copy to a trusted member in order for anyone to actually spend money to buy your guide. Whoever you give a vouch copy to will confirm that the item you are selling comes as advertised and isn't an old method that doesn't work or is already available for free on the internet.
As a matter of fact, there are lots of people selling this stuff on the darknet markets but most of this are old and near to useless information about that field because the hackers have moved beyond it, i always try to learn this aspect of life too for information and educational purpose in order to protect my bank account and credit cards usage.
