Yes, it's doable. It can sit there for 1 year at least before you need to use it.

Can I buy a license and leave it on the shelf for a year or two while I get my projects up and running, or is that not advised?
I would be interested in buying a couple 3-year certificates.

Is this still available? Do you guarantee it for the period of the subscription?

Comodo is very good SSL. Good luck with sale!

Thanks! I'll likely get a small website set up for this in the next week or so to help automate the process since these certificates don't need any documentation for validation, it is all automatically issued.

Hopefully I'll be able to offer some competitive BTCTC discounts on PositiveSSL certs among some others.

I'm currently selling from an excess inventory of PositiveSSL certificates when I acquired a web hosting company's clients and assets several months back.

Basically, I have about 120 of these certificates sitting here with no expiry until they are signed and issued to a domain.

If you're interested in a single domain validation SSL certificate that does the job on the cheap, I can sell you a 1 year cert for only $5 per year.

It is the same cert namecheap sells here: https://www.namecheap.com/security/ssl-certificates/comodo/positivessl.aspx

I don't have a site set up for this yet but if it gains interest from the bitcoin community I can create one with auto provisioning, etc.

Price is $5 per year in BTC. If you want to buy the cert for more than 1 year at a time (maximum of 3 years at a time) the price can be reduced to $4.45 per year instead Smiley

Feedback is appreciated.
