You must give us more info about this company. Potential buyers need to know as much detail as possible about that business, I guess it will not be cheap, but I don't think someone will pay high price without detail review.
$50k daily trading volumes means nothing when we know about many reported fake volume. I know some projects/companies who are dead even of that they have "high" daily volume.

Reason for selling - The CEO has been promoted to a board member position of a financial company in china. He is not allowed to have cryptocurrency investments.
