Basically OP is selling a list of email addresses that can be spammed and then you'll get in shit from their respective countries because nowhere allows spamming unsolicited emails all over when you don't already do business with that person!
You must have got some emails of working people who actually do respond for any kid of content marketing. But after buying if the owner of emails do not respond then there would be a problem. So , have you got any vouch copy ? Please mention rate as well so that there lies no problem.
