yeah this scammer crap is draining my soul an hurting sales . . . locking the threads is best for now until I get some more feedback and units sold.

Its hard to build a good rep when people rip you down while trying . . . That's the world of bitcoin now .

sucks

I am one of the people who you gave your address to.

I explained I am on the OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY to you and wouldn’t be able to make it that night, it would have to be a weekend. ( 4hrs drive each way )

You have done nothing to reassure people of your trustworthiness, when you have had multiple chances.

I for one am glad I held back and didn’t bite.

Hi

My apologies for the lack of forum presence , I have caught the flu. . its always raining in Scotland Sad
Maybe I'm too busy robbing Argos vans . . who knows Tongue

Onwards:

I was shocked by demand and a little overwhelmed however I have caught up and back on track.

I gave out 4 copies of my dox and my home address to people who never arrived at my house to pick up units . . . what a waste of my time and I'm not doing that again.

I gave people my name , address and companies house information . . . what an amazing scammer I must be !! however after the whole "lemon thing" who knows. I got burned there ! still slightly bitter . . oh wait im off topic.

I feel no need to explain where my stock came from or anything else really . Despite what you think or say , Items are being sold then shipped. Its a very simple process because I don't have the space for all this stuff anymore.

Escrow ? No ,  I'm just using the company accounts to collect UK bank transfers. Explained many times how this works . . . as I'm not wishing to go to prison anytime soon I think this assures delivery . . but please think what you like , maybe I'm in the back of an Argos van right now stealing goodies Tongue haha

I am not sending anything out width the UK. Various factors have made this the best idea.

I have found that ebay , gumtree and facebook have been most helpful in selling stock , I think this community has been burned too many times and it has affected everything in a very negative way.I must admit I love selling things to people.

When someone emails , ask's questions and then buy's something . . . that's great

but

when someone emails , with "ARE YOU A SCAM I WANT TO BUY ESCROW NOW NOW NOW"

I just ignore it . . . . sorry its just a personal choice. Would must rather sell products to people my way.

Anyway , I hope this give's you an idea of how I feel about the process.

I wish you all the best of luck with your bitcoin projects in the future. I doubt I will ever be back here.

I miss my bitcoin farm so much.

Goodbye

He didn't deliver on the unit I had funds in escrow for and never even gave an excuse.  He is clearly a scammer and not very good at it.

I did offer as well pop in to his place but yet again this was turned down. If someone who REALLY NEED MONEY  can turn down offer of let say 15btc in one go. That means he is a scammer.

Sent my address to a few ppl for local pick , none turned up . . .

I was going to offer to come down and buy all the SP31's, but after some research it's so obviously a scam.

The webpage says...
Before you buy, Google us and see what people are saying, with a link to....

https://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&as_q=&as_epq=aplexfarm&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&lr=&cr=&as_qdr=all&as_sitesearch=&as_occt=title&safe=images&tbs=&as_filetype=&as_rights=&gws_rd=ssl

A quick glance shows loads of very similar posts on various non btc forums raving about you, all on the same day and all since removed.

But I'll make you a deal...
We both deposit BTC5 each with an escrow (squall1066 or SebastianJu), I'll drive down to your address tomorrow to buy them all, if I fail to turn up you keep my BTC5 and if you turn out not to have the machines I keep your BTC5

If you are legit you have nothing to lose, so what do you say ?

Nothing will be shipped.

I know, from how he carries himself it is obvious he is not someone who has thousands of dollars of equipment.  It's funny because he's bashing BTC yet there were lots of us willing to buy this hardware for several thousand dollars instantly.  If that doesn't show some bullishness, I don't know what does.

Dude

Nothing will be shipped. He has cleaned up the posts from all the other accounts have have mentioned the same site. They all seem to have been deleted except some of the quotes but cannot find the original posts by other users with the same site.

I was hoping you would get a machine too, but we know this will end with all have been bought with cash. Until he/she pops up again with the same site but another username.  But lets wait for your tracking  Grin

He seem to be moving mad volume on sales. He had all those miners and now only PS4 and Xbox. Please  teach us how to sell like you Sam. SMH .  Sam is like this guy below with the volume of sales that occurred in 1 day

It was all gox . . . bitcoin should still be worthless
Obvious now , wish it was back then
Those graphs will never look the same again .. I'm surprised everyone cant see it.

I will be changing the site over to GBP and UK bank transfer only tomorrow.
I have more electronics equipment for sale (mostly laptop's) that will be added to site and old products removed.

Still got PS4 and Xbox one for sale ,

Really tired, been along day . . . I will reply to all comments , pm's and emails in approx 12 hours.
The site will still accept bitcoin and ripple payments until tomorrow.

Hi

Reasons i will be picking UK customers over others

1.Shipping is expensive as these units are heavy.

2.I am from the UK

3.UK users can use bank transfer system , safe , secure , transparent , cheaper and faster than BTC !!!

I may cancel some sales outwidth the UK and make my life easier Smiley
I don't mean to sound harsh , just want this done and dusted.

Give me 10 red flags Smiley might start a collection.

After the last of these units are gone , you can ram bitcoin where the sun don't shine. CRYPO DIED ! accept it and move on.

Been burned too many times to care anymore . . Lost alot of money this year Sad

Hi,

something strange her .. in the FAQ they advice to google for oppinions about apexfarm. You find many entries/threads in different boards. But if you check closer the topics are all deleted , they were all created in the same time range and the board topics don't match crypto at all.

Very stinky ...

My personal favorite until now is a entry in a board called : "Invision Power Board  → 4-State Services  → Warewashing and Laundry Services" Title: "Will aplexfarm.com SP31 Yukon 5TH"

Looks like a new Idea for GMM : "Will it Sp31 Yukon" ....

Using the UK bank transfer system I need not use any escrow , Its free , secure and transparent I don't think people from outside the UK understand.

Due to being let down many times I will no longer be "holding" or putting units aside for people , first come first served

Can people please sort out their own GBP escrow.

People from the UK who have paid with UKBT your miners will be shipped tomorrow.

I am finished working for today due to running out of packing tape and red bulls lmao

When do you think you'll be sending out tracking numbers?  Seems odd that you'd box them up and not print the labels while doing so.

I think all device's will be sold by tomorrow if the current trend continues.

From the thread it looks like I'm the only one who has purchased anything.  I assumed people would wait to see if this is legit before placing orders and that they would publicly share who they are using for escrow to help other interested buyers.  Buyers, please trade safely and always use escrow.

Transferring GBP from any bank account in the UK to any other bank account is instant and free (upto the value of 100,000 GBP)

OgNasty,

I was about to PM you for the escrow. But are you serious right now.  Please keep us posted and let us know if you bought  all the SP31. He had a similar post here > https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10045672

Let us know when you get the tracking

I purchased 1 SP31. I'm as skeptical as everyone should be, but figured my reputation would make me a good guinea pig here. I'll definitely report back on my experience. I also want to go through the GBP transfer process for myself before seeing if acting as an escrow for the rest of these deals is something I want to do.

Hi everyone ,

Please do not send private messages as I can only respond once every 5 minutes and it does not work very well for trying to sort out a deal.
I will try address some questions below.
The site is new I never needed a site while the farm was making me money.
We are based in the UK , (myself sam and partner scott)
The whois protect feature on the domain just happened automatically when I bought it. I did not intend for this to happen.I started this company 1 year ago when bitcoin price was very high , was hoping like most that it would go higher.
I saw a post someone asking about stock , we used to have 100's of miners , but now numbers are very limited.
I am happy to escrow in GBP and happy to answer any questions you may have.
I have no Paypal I am using a friends for the miner I have on ebay, never really trusted them. I am not very good at web design hence no SSL.
GBP price's quoted will be greater than the BTC value as I must pay VAT when I sell hardware for fiat monies.
I also saw a post about having 70 miners , then having 9 . . . This is correct , Had 70 . . . never updated the stock control system for weeks so it did go from 70 to 9. I never updated it very well because I was still half running a farm at the time.Stock control is 100% accurate now.

If I have missed anything or you would like more information about myself or the company just ask.

I miss the noise of the miners , its all so quiet now . . .

Happy to escrow in GBP , just contact on my email and arrange a price in GBP . . . then set up the escrow

I don't really want BTC anymore , escrow seems risky given the prices.
I need to escrow in GBP , BTC is dead . Im done with it.

Anyone from the UK who does escrow would be able to do this very easy.

Anyone from the UK who does escrow would be able to do this very easy.

I want to purchase an SP31 and agree to all of your terms.  I am able to pay via GBP and agree to the price.  Shipping address sent.

EDIT:  Deal made.  I will report back when the unit arrives.

OgNasty,

I was about to PM you for the escrow. But are you serious right now.  Please keep us posted and let us know if you bought  all the SP31. He had a similar post here > https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10045672

Let us know when you get the tracking

@Killerloop - I hope you don't take offence but your feedback rating might scare some people off.

None taken of course.  Smiley

If you are referring to my Trust score what is wrong with it? I got 4 positive from reputable users for actual business and 5 negative from non existing users/known FUDders/scammers like RiverBoat or ACoin out of discussions about their behaviour and no actual business.

Still I am not forcing anyone to trust me or advertising. I can handle GBP, if that is required ok... otherwise no problem.

It's a shame the OP will not accept BTC.

Anyone know a reputable escrow agent willing to do GBP?

I am willing to escrow GBP, however please understand that the amount escrowed must include the bank fee for the outgoing wire.
If you guys are interested I'll get in touch with my bank for an estimate.

Happy to escrow in GBP , just contact on my email and arrange a price in GBP . . . then set up the escrow

Would you accept escrow in BTC as well? If so I'd be interested in all of your SP31 miners.
