Selling email addresses... isn't that illegal without the email users' consent?? 
It is illegal but if they make it public they accept the conditions of Facebook that say that emails can be marketed or something no ?

No, It is not illegal. it is just for online marketing and other ways to make money online. and i shared this service with you right here trying to help people in there work.

No, it's an email list for people to send spam and adverts to. That can be very easily collected, and it's not illegal.
