I do not think OP is demanding a higher price. Demanding a gmail account with a phone verified at 10 Cents is a reasonable price.
There are few people in digital good section whom business is selling Gmail / aol / Face book etc accounts.

If you need to buy in bulk, contact them. they have ready made accounts and you do not have to wait much.

Considering that the accounts op is selling are all phone verified i don't think that 0.10$ is too much,check this thread for example https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/1-to-verify-google-account-with-phone-number-1592610 this guy is willing to pay up to $1 only for verifying a google account with a phone number.
