It is used, and has worked completely fine the entire time I've had it.
Price on ebay is around 55$, but I'll let it go for 45$ in BTC and will cover US ground shipping (UPS). If you want faster service or international I'll cover the first 8$ of that, and you can cover the rest. Since I'm really new I assume you'll want to use an escrow like clearcoin -- I'm fine with this.
