SCAMMER!!
Actually he is a smart scammer. He says he accept escrow. But he doesn't have any account to escrow. lol. He changed/removed the telegram id @shaddan to @intplorer and now promoting the same scam with another bitcointalk account and a telegram ID at higher prices to scam more.
