Can you take pictures of the phone on and operational? Showing the settings like the storage? Is it locked (via icloud - assuming that apple have it on those phones as well)? Is the IMEI banned/blacklisted on any carriers? What about the wifi connectivity? You should provide more information especially if youre looking to make a sell, though I would advise anyone to use escrow with this user due to the user feedback.

I would wait until he posts some more pictures of the phone. The pictures that OP has posted aren't conclusive as they only show the front of the phone with a black screen. The back could be beaten up, the phone could be completely dead, there are many issues that could have happened to this phone. I would wait for some better images, so OP please post some more.
