That is very pathetic but first ask for refund from him or chargeback from paypal without any delay.
More so, his account does not worth the money you sent, i think buyers here should also consider that before buying anything and most importantly escrow is our best option while dealing with untrusted accounts.

OP's method involves registering accounts and does indeed make use of an "hole in the system" as OP hinted. It's a bit time consuming for the size of the reward but based on what OP is claiming there's no limit to how many times it can be done. I am not a lawyer but It doesn't seem illegal, although it is very against the ToS and. My main concern with OP's guide is that there's no easy way to redeem earned funds anonymously and through an irreversible payment (like bitcoin) which makes the whole thing high risk. What's also questionable is how long this method is going to be up for. The way I could see someone buying this guide making profit is by spending hours a day harnessing this hole in the system while also being able to convert funds received through conventional payments to something like bitcoin so the funds gathered aren't reversed after the party exploited finds out.

With that said, I haven't tried the method yet and I'm not sure if I'm going given that it's a bit too risky for my taste.
