Are you selling a "secret" to get money using Google Adsense?
C'mon man, you must be kidding...
I want to be wrong and want to believe that you're not selling a "ready-to-use" web adsense scheme... because I can't understand how could it be possible since each webpage has a particular "singularity" based on the owner usage of methods and content... it can't be "sold" as an "object" that you can use without been very skilled in web development and SEO tricks.
I could be wrong, but this is extremely weird thing to "sell".

You have in capitals that your money making method has "proof" when I just see a very easy shopped capture. I am pretty sure someone like you who needs just 0.2btc per copy would not leave a balance on there like that. Unless someone trusted vouches for you ya don't have any proof so would be best to change that.
I am not skilled in Photoshop to edit this.And as for the balance, you have to wait every 3 months to receive a check from Google. Its not like an instant payout whenever you want.
And also, its not fake AdSense clicks, Google can see when the same IP is clicking on an Ad and you won't receive credit.
