the only reason they are out of stock is because it's a 2 year old ivy bridge design motherboard, at EOL.... I bought one of these for my personal system 2 years ago for about $120.
The haswell z78 motherboards from msi are plentiful though, and come in under your asking price, many with the same amount of PCIE slots.
