Exchange rate with fee = 1.3412x(1-5%) = 1.2741

MTGOX U$D = (€200 - €10 fee) x 1.2741 = $242.08

Ukash GBP --> MTGOX U$D, ECB (U$D/€uro)/(GBP/€uro) Spot Rate - 8% + GBP10 fee

Ukash €uro --> BTC, (U$D/€uro Spot Rate - 5% + €10 fee)/ ((Accumulated Selling Bids)*2%)
