I'm not sure what the best way to do this is but I have $384 in mtgox USD I'd like to sell. I'll accept paypal but I'm open to other options. I have a USA based bank so a transfer or direct deposit could work as well.

I am interested, I can send a wire transfer from Europe.
However I don't know how we could escrow this. I'd need to either receive the MtGox code first and then send the wire, or have it deposited with a trusted third party. Does anyone know of such possibility?
If it was BTC, we could escrow it through https://bitmarket.eu/market/USD where I have done many transactions. But you'd have to have an account there.
