We are 12 people that have the total stake. Its not equal, some angel investors have a larger part, some smaller.
For now ive managed to be able to convince 23% of the total, to be able to sell in case somebody that wants a larger part appears.
As for now the payouts or lets say -as in stock terms, its dividends- are sometimes even daily on some coins.
Of course we had some good reinvestment phases, just needed a lot of money to be able to perform changes and keep ahead of the game.
Competition is tough.
Its all about the demand. The service is very good, now considering even a war scene were centralized exchanges are asking for KYC and so on.
We have even a swap platform that doesnt require this.

That's a of money, atleast for me. For such kind of asking price I would recommend to make a more financial sound overview and documents that a potential buyer can look at directly. 15 BTC payout in 4 years seems nice, especially when the bitcoin price is rising again. The problem here is how predictable are these payouts and in one intervals are they occurring? For a valuation to come up at 2m USD there needs to be analysis. For example, what are best and worst case scenarios, how likely are monthly or quarterly payouts to occur? Is it safe to assume 3.75 btc will be paid every year? Are other stake holder also selling? Etc.

As said, its negotiable. Of course, first of all its what i would like. Then what the market gives.
To me its an asset that has given me some passive income, im just trying to invest in some other business right now. Thats the main reason for selling.

Usually when a big shareholder wants to sell his whole stake in a company that raises a few red flags. Why wouldn't you wanna just sell 5% for example (so half of your stake) if you believe that this project will be successfull in the future.

As @Lucius already mentioned, the risk/reward ratio is too high for most people. Might aswell stake some usdc for 12% or some bitcoin and have a "safer" return

The question is why are you selling something that brings you passive profit? I understand that you may need more money, or you want to invest in something else - but on the forum, you will find it difficult to find someone who would be willing to pay $2 million for a stake in a company. If someone has 50 BTCs that are currently worth about $2 million, in 2-3 years the value can be increased by 100% without any risk.

I can't estimate what a reasonable price would be, but it seems to me that $2 million is simply too much for the investment to pay off in a reasonable amount of time.

Im selling only my stake ... i know its only 10%. buut dividends are good. And it could become better if crypto starts getting used much more.

15 BTC is roughly less than $600 000 at the current price, unless you got some token/altcoin that brought you a significant profit - but it's probably not worth mentioning. If we take into account that all that profit was made from 2018 until today, then we come to the fact that you earned about 3-4 BTC a year, and now you are asking for 50+ BTC ($2 million) for your share in that company.

Even if the annual earnings are 10 BTC, 5 years is a little too much to risk, especially when it comes to a company that few have heard of on this forum.
