Theres no proof that you have those amounts of claims in MtGox and lastly theres no signs about giving out refunds on claims regarding on that incident. No one will surely buy those claims of your even you will just sell it for $1000. People here on this forum is not a fool. Grin

Wonderful if you owe from Mtgox so much. Why don't you get yourself and enjoy your life rather than making some lame stuff without any proof here. Because if somebody has it will not come here and write about it.

Even years after that crash, this issue  has not been resolves. I thought Japanese re much more faster and professional.

Good luck with the same and the whole claim.

I'm pretty sure that it was registered in Japan but not made by Japanese

I will provide a proof to the person who is interested and makes the best offer in due course.
And offers are supposed to reflect risks and payout ratio. It's all a matter of risk/reward.

First of all do you have any proof of this claim?
Second.. I'm pretty sure you won't get anything out of MtGox's case..

Hi all

I am selling my MtGox claim of about $100'000 (about JPY 11'400'000). The exact figure is not disclosed to avoid identification on MtGox trustee claims list.

The claim is fully approved and settled in JPY, and will be paid to the owner of the claim by Japanese trustee during bankruptcy distribution.

As of now, the assets secured by the trustee are the following:
JPY 1,054,483,013
BTC 202,185.35450043

The liabilities are the following:
JPY 45,609,593,503

According to BTC/JPY rate of today, the solvency ratio is 44.4% (in terms of JPY).

Buyers can make an offer in BTC, JPY or USD. Please state your offer in terms of value percentage, as the exact claim amount is unknown.

A process established by the trustee already exists to transfer ownership of a claim.
