These are cracked accounts, don't get yourself fooled guys. You can't make a purshase with this balance, the account will be put on hold as soon as you try to order something from a different IP.

Price is good, but you should be able to prove that its not carded. Otherwise, as a warning to other people, Amazon coupons can be charged back if it was carded, and its best to be careful. Looking for 0.2 BTC.
