I'm willing to pay 0.03 per month for the avatar if you can make at least 150 posts per month, and are willing to accept payment only after work is done(I will escrow the amount ofc).

Are you sure Carra23 will be suitable for this? I mean he is very good at counting posts and spam posts but he charges a lot, so you might have to give him I assume, atleast 0.02 for counting posts which ain't worth it. He surely isn't going to count the posts for free.
