4.92 TH/s costs $757.50 (about BTC 0.125) for 12 months. When you are selling it, I guess your contract will last for another 10 months, so about BTC 0.1
I know there are a few days between your offer and my comment, but you know the earnings are dropping, and the "earning" you mention are without maintenance/electricity costs.
So your asking price is too high.
