My guess is, MINIMUM he is going to want for either account is well over $1,000 period.... I have no idea why, but thats what he thinks they are worth....
if you want both he'll give you a discount at $1,800..... (and this is being extremely conservative....)

You should really just state the price, instead of keeping it a secret.... (I have a funny feeling hes going to ask for twice that amount).....

But we'll see...
