Dell Inspiron 6000, literally upgraded to the max (except the CPU) that could be purchased for that particular model 5 years ago (or was it 6?).

The specs:
Single-core Intel Pentium M @ 1.7ghz
2GB DDR2
X300M 128MB video card
1920x1200 WUXGA 15.4" display
100GB 7200 RPM HDD
Windows XP Home (all original discs included)
Extra battery, though both batteries are along in age and only hold about an hour charge.  Brand new, a 9-cell will give 6 hours.
I also tore it down and replaced the fan and cleaned out the heatsink, as it had a lot of dust buildup and was letting the CPU get up to 70c.  Now, it idles at a nice and cool 33c.  Cool

The bad:
- LOTS of cosmetic damage.  There are a few hairline fractures in the black bottom plastic.  Plenty of scratches on the lid, and the wristpads are all worn from the silvery color to white plastic.  Basically, it looks like a worn out laptop.  It's also missing all of the rubber feet on the bottom, so it doesn't stick to a table or something as well as it should.
- The charger's wires are getting a bit frayed.  It's just the ground wires that are exposed, but still, it should be replaced soon.  Or at the very least, insulated with some silicone glue.

Asking 5 BTC shipped OBO.
