Could you perhaps talk to the people who posted the feedback and ask them to get it removed? Cause I mean there's no point to it knowing that the previous owner no longer owns the account.
I have asked them and and they were neutral about it and I did not force the issue. The account may get more -ve feedback so I decided to sell with the -ve and the buyer can try to get it removed. The price reflects the -ve status.
I have posted using that account and a signed message from one of my addresses.

This is why you shouldn't be accepting accounts as collateral anymore. I made this mistake as well but I was lucky the scammer or someone else didn't negative rep the account provided as collateral

As far as trust goes, I had asked the current trust providers if they would remove them increasing the value of the account. They were neutral on it, but I realised this account may attract more -ve later from others. There has been prior where -ve trust has been removed (reference). But its safer to buy it assuming it will remain -ve trusted and value it accordingly.
Its a risk/reward situation. If the buyer can get the ratings removed the value is doubled. On the other side, campaigns allowing -ve trust participants may stop, rendering the account useless.
