This is a scam without a doubt.  If it smells like a fish and looks like a fish, it's bullshit. You will likely get nothing or you will get hacked accounts.  Looks like another Damie account to me.

You said your and your son's accounts ? Why would someone have 22 accounts (and u said u have more) eBay/Paypal ?
How do we know they are not hacked accounts.
