I think nowadays anyone can easily create their own Okpay account with their own data so it will not be worthy for you to sell it because noone will like to buy it. But if someone is blocked from Okpay for creating another account or anyone want a second account for another project then they may be interested to buy that.
People can make OKPAY account with their documents yes but i guess you are forgetting that these type SOLD account can be use for many illegal purpose and scamming too . That's the main point usually to buy Verified Payment processor account with other's info and If OP has his info verified actually then if the buyer use it for illegal purpose then OP will have to answer for it in future , that risk also stays with the sale ; I hope OP don't forget about that .
I know that that's why I will not sell it to anyone new.
Even if you sell it to someone that seems trustworthy on the forums we have no idea what he is going to do with your account behind the curtains. He could use it to launder money and w/e and you'll get the blame for it.
It's your account, it's your sale. I can't say much to change what you want to do with your account but just hoping you can second think your decision to sell.
If someone needs to buy your account that means they can't verify themselves for some reason or they are too afraid to put up their own docs...

In some countries Okpay is not allowed so in these places people can create their accounts on Okpay but they are unable to verify their account or there are some people who cannot provide their complete documents so for them that verified account is worthy.
