Can you show us prof? Because I don't think your brother work there! Tell me the last 4 numbers of his badge.
And can you provide any proof of that, and that these cards are not/ gained through blackhat activity such as randomware? I could also tell everyone my brother is the boss of paypal, and then sell millions of paypal funds, but thats just not how it works.
