1. Why people will buy free card from you?
>For two reasons:1)Payoneer is not available in some countries 2)Some people want privacy and do not want to use their ID
2. Already 2 years passed after few more months card will be expire. So there will be no use of that card. In that case how the buyer will receive new card?
>The card will expire in 2020 and can be renewed
3. Payoneer asks a lots of time to verify identity if there make transactions. If so, how buyer will verify?
>Payoneer never asked to verify ID docs once submitted.May be regular security verification like email/date of birth/recovery questions etc.BTW I am also giving/adding the ID docs of account
4. Payoneer account can be locked/limited/suspended in that case payment should withdraw on local bank. If so, how buyer will withdraw the fund?
>I think you know that Payoneer Debit card can be used to withdraw funds from ATM or spend at PoS .Also funds can be transferred between the accounts.And most buyers are aware of it
