I've spent past few days coding a new script known as quantumPTC and/or qPTC. quantumPTC is a small and light-weight PTC script yet with all the qualities of PTC sites. People can buy ad-campaigns, and/or click ads.
I've listed the features below:
1. Light-weight script.
2. Define ad-rates (each is randomly loaded when a campaign is loaded).
3. Set maximum number of ads each user should receive daily.
4. Number of visits each campaign should offer the advertiser.
5. Inbuilt-modules: ClixWall, Offers2000, BalanceFlipper (game), and API. Each can be enabled and disabled.
6. One daily cron job.

13. Powered by ArikaPanel, a new admin panel I coded for my scripts.
14. Recycle ads feature like Paidverts. Ads can be recycled and issued later to other members.
What's API module included in this script?
API allows your users to get their balance, website statistics, ads they have clicked, etc. outside from your website. They can integrate that API with their sites, and apps. The script also comes with a guide to setup API for your users.
This API has laid a groundwork for my new v2 of this script which enable your users to integrate with ads outside the website, and earn more. This API is flexible, and will do magic in v2. Furthermore, v0.2 will contain a huge work on API enabling great features in your websites.

Packages:
quantumPTC comes with two packages.
1. Standard Edition: Standard Edition costs $23 and contains full version of the script. However, this script will have upgrades, but they won't be free.
2. Extended Edition: Extended Edition costs $30 and like the Standard Edition, it also contains the full version of the script. But, however this edition will come with free future upgrades.
3. Paidverts Edition: Due to huge demands, I've also coded the Paidverts-clone edition for the script. It costs $40, and comes with free upgrades.
