It comes with a cooler pad, which also has some cool lightning. It cools the laptop off pretty good, so that it will last even more. I have used it from April 2017 to September of 2017, and to this date, I haven't even touched it. (Of course taking care of it, charging etc.). Windows 10, everything will be fresh, you can play any Triple A game with it on medium to some even high graphics.
The charging cable is USA type (120 V and 60 Hz).
For the shipping: I will ship this wherever you are, there might be extra cost because of the import taxes.
