Hello! Signed up here specifically for this board. We've rented out our old home for a few years now but are ready to cash out and move on. After investing in crypto for a few years now, naturally a BTC sale piqued my interest. So here it is.
I have a 4/2 pool home in Wesley Chapel, FL I'm looking to sell for BTC.
Current tenants have been in place since May 2019. Lease expires April 30 @ $2350/month. The tenants would like to renew. Market rate for this is no lower than $2700/month based on current availability in the area.
Asking $375,000 in BTC based on agreed upon valuation in written contract. Willing to negotiate renovations/changes as part of the sale. Sale would be coordinated through reputable title company with experience in crypto sales.
