I would suggest staying at 0.35 BTC now as 290 activity market price is about 0.35-0.4 BTC so that's the right price. Just some patience, accounts doesn't always sells fast.

It's a bit pricey I think. This guy is selling one for 0.4 https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/selling-bitcointalk-accounts-aged-accounts-2011-and-2012-659898 and I think they go for less that that now.
