How you can prove your ownership for that account and make sure that is not a hacked account because from what I know the price is kinda cheap for that such account
I don't think that he can because he stated that there are no staked addresses on this account. Maybe he just wants to get rid of his account quickly because, I agree, that is a very low asking price.
