You do realize that selling stake accounts is against the ToS right? If caught they will close the account and have the right to keep any and all funds on the account. You also cannot guarantee no other verification/kyc will be requested. Someone could buy an account and 6 months from now win 50k and stake asks for id again to be safe.
With lvl 4 verification you’ll never be asked for identification, proofs of funds etc., they are fully verified.
They come Vanilla, so you have to put your own email, telephone number, authenticator (so the account will be full personal except identification)
the highest verification lvl guarantees the fact that you can deposit whatever amount and never be asked of anything, suspected of anything(which could lead to withdrawal mode only, account banned etc.)
Email logs will be yours, the account will have your phone number, your 2FA etc.
