No one looks at full prices when selling steam accounts, they look at the lowest game prices have been and even from there still lowly your account value, rarely do people even sell steam accounts anymore.
Even if I sold mine and changed emails and passwords. All I need is to email steam support that my account was hacked and give 4 or 5 product keys that were activated on my steam account. Magically steam account comes back to me.
