It is still risky for the steam account and battle.net account. It is possible for the owner to retrieve the account through customer support if they claim and provide "proof" that the account was hacked or stolen in some way.
I am not sure about the runescape account though, never played.
most of these accounts can be recovered through a recovery process on each game or site. providing old password and details and stuff..

There's actually around 40 games and 45 total items. It's a 10 year vet account and yes it is mine it was handed down to me by a family member.

Steam acc has 45 games some better ones are Garry's Mod, Starbound, Arma 2 bundle, Firefall, Portal, Counter strike: source, and settlers 7: paths to a kingdom. To get more people interested, I would suggest you take screenshots of your steam game library. Also, due to your trust and ranking, many (like me) would wonder if the steam account is actually yours.
