Read any mutual fund prospectus and nowhere in it will you see the word "gonna".  There's a reason for that, but I will leave it to you to figure out.

today, i am gonna setup a stock in order to setup some online resell for international orders.

i am gonna provide some stock asset in order to get the fund to startup my resell.
this IPO are limited, and will not attempt to scam using this IPO like ponzi scheme; i can prove some picture if you can risk a little for me to purchase a sample. illogical, lol.

how can i issue the share
created using coinprism.com ; they allow us to issue colored coins for exchange. you can trade via P2P; i will setup a broadcast about the dividends via telegram when it is possible.

what will i spend the fund

• import the retailing supplies: the fund I received is used to primarily import the stuff I will resell, mainly to sell in the Asia.
• paying the signature campaign: this may not be necessary but will probably used to payout.
• waiving the shipping charge: I need to waive the shipping cost when in need, because I will need to compete with those sellers.
• paging the selling data: sometimes I will need to buy the memory stuff myself to page my selling data, I am not always online.
• you can get some of those cards and/or SSD's every year depending on the business record.

what to resell
the memory supplies like SSD, HDD, SD cards, RAM cards, etc. from mainly Samsung, Kingston, Strontium; because it is dynamic on orders, i cannot sure if people want them all.
i will provide wholesale supply as well so people will be able to resell stuff in their region.

where is the customer come from
i will setup my signature to tell about what i am supplying, they get to enquire when they are interested to a certain stuff; so it is mainly come from the bitcoin forum. I will promote my business outside here in order to have more abilities.

about shares
there are 10,000 shares total, each share is sold at BTC .0006 ; there are no way to scam using the asset given as an evidence. if you are interested to buy it, then put your money to escrow to buy the share; I will give the share immediately to get the fund.  I won't make this IPO open ended because it is enough for my startup.

about dividend
all profit will be given as soon as the order completed, the business record will be on every month via the broadcast. minimum BTC 0.3 each total dividend; or I will payout the dividend to holders each month, note that may be too small. due to transaction fee, you are recommended to hold more shares. i will always publish the marketing result each month. if i cannot provide dividend for no reason, then you can request getting the products back as partial compensation.
