Lauda is most respected and responsible forum member. As a good community member he just stand against the scam/spam. Account sell is not illegal but there is some risk involved as people may buy your account for scamming other or spamming through the signature campaign.
The buyer can abuse the activity of that sold account and do scam with that.So that higher ranked member leave a warning notice for the people who interact with that account for any deal.
But as long as you hide your details,you're free to sell your account,i am also looking for a Hero account buyer.
