I have no problem sending first as that how I have done. But over .5 BTC I will not send first so we can use a free escrow like MZ, or you pay for one that you would want. As I am the one that is taking all of the risk by excepting PayPal. But as always I suggest escrow even tho it doesn't protect me. It protects the buyer and I believe in this system. That's why I'm not on local bitcoin. We work together to make sure it's as safe as possible here. Where LBC you are dealing with just one person.
Being that you have little trade history and you are looking to trade with only trusted members, it would probably be better if you sent first (if someone has significant enough trust/trade history) or you use escrow. Either way I think it is safe to say that it would not be safe to send first to you.
As title states I am selling at a 10% fee need money for some bills. I will accept PayPal, and PayPal My Cash. Price is somewhat negotiable I will release immediately after payment is received. Best rate I've seen for PayPal.
